Restarting in Safe Mode and deleting the file with windows explorer helped. If you are not sure where the file is located, the malware will place a shortcut on the desktop -> go to properties and it will show you where it is stored. Thank you so much! The best way of doing this when the PC is powering up just tap the F8 button until the screen appears. If Windows loads like normal then you'll have to restart and try again due to the F8 key not being pressed at the correct time of start up.
