		<description>Thank you so much! Restarting in Safe Mode and deleting the file with windows explorer helped. If you are not sure where the file is located, the malware will place a shortcut on the desktop -&gt; go to properties and it will show you where it is stored.</description>

The best way of doing this when the PC is powering up just tap the F8 button until the screen appears. If Windows loads like normal then you&#039;ll have to restart and try again due to the F8 key not being pressed at the correct time of start up.</description>
